Our Services

Sometimes, all we need is a safe space that allows us to feel open when sharing our most precious emotions. Working with me is a collaborative and emotionally empowering process. As a licensed psychologist who provides individual, couples, and assessment evaluations, I am dedicated to helping you discover your strengths and to feel good about who you are. Therapy sessions with me focus on digging deep into your emotions, experiences, perspectives, and thought-processes which will help you become more confident in who you are and how you navigate your life.

I aim to help you uncover the best version of yourself by creating greater access to your strengths, and offering you insights and tools on how to overcome what pulls you back from reaching your goals. I firmly believe that a pivotal part of the therapeutic process is the ability to recognize the resilience that we each have inside of us. Collaborative therapy sessions offer a compassionate, open, and non-judgmental space to explore your authentic self.

Our emotional and mental health plays a significant role in how we make decisions, and engage within our relationships. Therapy with me explores the relationship between building intimacy and maintaining independence. These sessions can help relieve distressing emotions, and help you move forward by making peace with your past and present. Throughout this process, I will encourage you to see yourself from different perspectives and to identify your values, which will enable you to better align with your true self. This process focuses on developing greater emotional intelligence, building strengths, enhancing how you identify with your value, and developing a stronger sense of self. These offerings will hopefully, give you access to the ability to be more appreciative and compassionate of yourself.
